Here at St Benedict's we do this thing called electives, students from the school get to participate in many different activities like, Sports, Master Chef, Science, Creative Computers, Extension Art, Technology, Jump jam and the Band.
At the moment I am in sports, we are learning a new sport called turbo touch. I already knew the basic rules because I did sports last year and sort of remembered them. Last week was tournament week my team won!!!
This year we are getting to do two electives, one in term one and the other in term two. Last term I was in Technology, we were we given new challenges every week for example, make a stretcher out of newspaper that can hold a 10kg bag of sand!
I really enjoy the electives programme and sadly this is my last year of doing seeing that I will be going to college next year.
