Hockey and Football
On Saturdays I play hockey and Sunday football.
At the moment I play hockey for WISC (Wellington Indidan Sports Club) we play at three venues every week either at Fraser Park in Avalon, National Hockey stadium in Newtown or at Elsdon in Porirua. We play 11- aside on a full pitch and I play the positions of left inner, Centre Forward, Centre Half and back sometimes. But I mainly play as a inside which involves a lot of running with the ball and
Defending. Our team started the season really badly we lost of first game 7 or 8 nil. We are now getting way better and have been winning a few games we were on the bottom of the table and now we are coming 3rd out of 7 or 8 teams.
On Sunday's I play Football for Onslow I play on in girls only league, we have been moved up a grade and now are playing college girls. We had lost one game an lost a friendly too at the beginning of the season against Upper Hutt. Our last game of the season we played our main rivals Upper Hutt and we beat them 2-1 I scored a goal and then I had to go in goal and let one in, sadly. But in the end we won.
The Amazing Race
My final obsession is the amazing race, I love this show I love learning about countries and how they work and I also like reality tv. There is a New amazing race coming up on tuesday at 7.30pm on TV2, I saw the ads and they are coming to Christchurch! I am now watching the amazing race 13 the season has just started and I have just started to enjoy it again. Now that I have not soccer on Sunday's I finally get to watch it. My favourite bit so far has been watching teams fight and arguing to each other about smallest of things. My favourite team is Nick and Starr.
Sorry about the really long post, it shows how obsessd I am.

ReplyDeleteI read the first paragraph and skip read the rest. Very long post. I've heard of the amazing race, I think I watched an episode, they were doing really weird things though.
