Holidays and the Fair


Holidays

In the holidays I went ice skating it was really fun we spent an 1 hour and a half there and by 15 minutes I could ice skate properly! Catherine and I had a race a couple of times and I won easily. We also went up to New Plymouth and Wanganui  for a couple of days because my Dad had work up there.

Spring Fair

The Fair was yesterday it was a lot fun, I had to go to school at about 9.30 to help my mum put the curries in the right place and I also helped put up the balloons, which was really tricky in the wind. Luckily this year the sun was shining, it was nice to see the old St Bens students and catch up with them too. There were heaps of stalls there including pillow fighting which I won I beat Arthur, Matthew C and someone else I cant remember!  While was on the courts these guys threw water balloons on us one hit Nicole on the arm and one I kicked on the full! There was one game that frustrated me a lot was the Kelly Sports thing I won a lolly bag and a band I couldn't get the 3- pointer in our the half court shot. The fair this year was a great success!!

    My fav stall was the b-ball shooting, I couldn't make a 3 either. I CRACK UNDER PRESSURE. On Friday ms Bolger said I could have my excellence if I got a 3 but I missed! :(

    I really liked the craft stall as that was were I got my prize possession, bob the rock!!!!!!!!
